“We were introduced to Evexi by the Square team at the end of 2023. At the time we were considering increasing the number of staff in our coffee shops to help with the growing demand. To date, we have deployed two kiosks to each site which has annually lowered our wage bill by 20%. Surprisingly the ROI on the hardware investment was just six weeks.

By introducing kiosk technology front-of-house, our staff now have the capacity to provide a better customer service. Moreover, we are minimising our exposure to standard workforce challenges such as staffing levels, sick leave, and lateness. Overall, the business runs consistently more efficient. In order to process the higher volume of orders and transactions, we have invested in a reliable internet connection on each site.
